His leadership emphasizes creating a community environment where physical activity, mental health, and social connections are encouraged—ensuring Ward 4 is a place where residents can thrive in all aspects of life.

Affordable Housing

Affordable housing has been one of Tom Davis’s top priorities since his election. He has championed rent-geared-to-income housing developments and advocated for policies that meet the needs of seniors, families, and residents on fixed or limited incomes.

He also has advocated for residents impacted by high-density projects to make sure they have a voice at the table and that developers work to accommodate their needs while still bringing the much-needed expansion of places to live.

Tom has supported measures to streamline permit processes for home renovations that improve energy efficiency and create new rental opportunities, making it easier for homeowners to contribute to the housing supply. His work reflects a clear goal: ensuring every resident of Ward 4 has access to safe, secure, and affordable housing, helping to build a welcoming and inclusive community.
